OUR ORDER PROCESS

  • 1. Order details

    The order should contain the type of garment you would like, its quantity and preferably also a sample of the artwork.

  • 2. Quotation

    You receive the quotation from us based on your order and any specific requirements you may have. If approved, you send us the artwork.

  • Payment

    We confirm your artwork and then we receive the 50% advanced payment of your order. This allows us to start the process.

  • Production

    We create and send you the mockup, which needs your approval in order for us to start production.

  • Shipping sent!

    You are notified as soon as production is completed and the goods are shipped to you after we have received the final payment of the order.

Work Flow

1. PLACING ORDER

All orders are placed through the website.
You can also request a free quote by going to the Quick Free Quote link.

2. ORDER CHECKING UNIT / PAYMENT

Once we receive your order, the order checking unit checks your order and sends back questions if any.

3. PLANNING / PRODUCTION UNIT

Your order is allocated to the appropriate digitizer and we ensure all instructions are followed and orders are delivered to the highest of standards within the turnaround time requested.

4. QUALITY CONTROL 1

The first stage of quality checking entails that the digitizing has been conducted as per your instructions.

5. QUALITY CONTROL 2

The second and final stage of quality checking ensures that the final design is production-ready, by getting rid of any unnecessary production hiccups such as extra trims, excessive stitchcount, etc.

6. DELIVERY

Your finished production ready design will be sent to you in the requested format via email.

 

With this overview we’d like to inform you what the process is from placing your order to receiving the printed goods.

  • The first step is that you inform us what type of order you’d like to place. Initially, it’s important for us to know which type of garment you would like, the quantity and preferably also a sample of the artwork.
  • Once we have a clear understanding of what your wishes are, we will send you a quotation.
  • If you approve the quotation, you can start submitting your artwork.
  • Once the artwork is confirmed by us, you make the 50% payment of the order, in order for us to start the printing process.
  • We will send you the mockup and we’ll start production after your approval.
  • Once the printing is completed we will inform you and ship the goods to you after we have received your final payment.
